These are two decorated rectangular frames, both in png format.
Thank you so much for all these pretty things today! So sorry you are having psp troubles. I use ps so not sure but I think I remember one of the ladies in the forum having the same problem and it was something to do with the settings about saving as transparent maybe. I wish I could be more help.
